These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdrumm (hereinafter "bdrumm", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdrumm website located at https://bdrumm.club, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional features (collectively, the "Services").

Acceptable verification documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, driving licence, and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by bdrumm may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bdrumm strongly recommends enabling the optional two-factor authentication (OTP) feature available within the account settings. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdrumm will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdrumm support at [email protected] immediately. bdrumm may suspend your account pending an investigation to protect your funds.

All deposits and withdrawals on the bdrumm Platform are transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdrumm supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods and their respective minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your bdrumm account and may be updated from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotional offer. • Withdrawal eligibility: Funds deposited must be used to place at least one qualifying bet before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This requirement exists to prevent the misuse of the platform for fund transfers rather than genuine gaming activity.

The following general conditions apply to all bdrumm bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered bdrumm accounts in good standing only. Players who have been flagged for any Terms violation are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
